We collect the minimum information necessary to provide our services: - Wallet addresses used as lightweight identifiers - Transaction data (amounts, timestamps, card usage) - Device and browser information for security purposes - Communication records when you contact our support team We do not collect government-issued identification unless required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

We use collected information to: - Process payments and issue virtual cards - Comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) obligations under BVI law - Conduct sanctions screening against international sanctions lists - Detect and prevent fraud and unauthorized transactions - Improve and maintain the security of our services - Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
